John M. Lally, Attorney at Law

John Lally has been engaged in the general practice of law since 1992.  He was born in Louisville, Kentucky and has resided in the Kentuckiana area all of his life.  He attended high school at St. Xavier High School. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Louisville, and his Juris Doctor degree from U of L's Brandeis School of Law.  During college, John served as an intern for Senator Wendell H. Ford.  He also worked as a law clerk for the Kentucky Labor Cabinet.

John is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  He has been admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana. He has practiced before the Kentucky Supreme Court.

 John and his family live in historic Butchertown.  John is a member of the Honorary Order of Kentucky Colonels and a member and past president of Sigma Delta Kappa Intercollegiate Law Fraternity.
